'Our Food Our Future' is the theme for an impressive four day program at the 41st annual Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) Convention, 21 - 24 July 2008 at the Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre, Darling Harbour.

There will be a presentation open to all registrants on the Role of Omega-3 In Mood Disorders given by Professor Andrew Sinclair on Tuesday 22 July 08.
